UPDATE – Regretfully, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 conference has now been cancelled but we will hold the next conference on 20-22 April 2021. The programme timings will be similar to that planned for April 2020 but the sessions/speakers/presenters may change.
All current delegate and exhibitor bookings have been automatically transferred to the new dates. If you have previously booked but cannot attend next year, please request a refund, or provide a new replacement delegate name, by emailing email@example.com
If you cancelled your booking for April or July 2020 but now wish to attend in April 2021, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details.
We have negotiated with all the venues and hotels to maintain current costs. If there are any significant increases in costs we will contact all delegates.
Please remember to change any of your travel bookings.
Our 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at 09.00 UK time, on 23 July 2020 online, with one representative from each institution invited to participate. To Register for the AGM please email email@example.com AGM paper’s are in the Members Area / Resources / AGM folder.
