UPDATE – Regretfully, due to the Coronavirus situation, the 2020 conference has now been postponed until 20-22 April 2021. The programme will be similar to that planned for April 2020 but the speakers/presenters may change subject to availability.
All current delegate and exhibitor bookings will be automatically transferred to the new dates. If you have previously booked but cannot attend next year, please request a refund, or provide a new replacement delegate name, by emailing email@example.com
If you cancelled your booking for April or July 2020 but now wish to attend in April 2021, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details.
We are now negotiating with the venues and hotels and hope to keep costs very similar to 2020. If there are any significant increases in costs we will contact all delegates.
Please remember to change any of your travel bookings.
Our 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held in June/July 2020 online, with one representative from each institution invited to participate. Details to be confirmed.
