The University of Law is one of the UK’s leading providers of legal education and training, working right at the heart of the legal profession and with an impressive history going back to 1876. We bring together teaching of the highest quality, a focus on practical skills and innovative learning styles to deliver perfect preparation for life in legal practice and ongoing professional development.

The Guildford campus is a short walk from the centre of Guildford, a thriving commercial town located at the heart of the Surrey Hills’ area of outstanding natural beauty. The campus itself is situated in 23 acres of parkland with ample parking for staff and students alike.

Our Reading campus is based at The University of Reading’s London Road campus. The campus is located in central Reading, just a 15-minute walk from the train station, in the heart of the employment-rich Thames Valley region.

Reporting directly to the Campus Dean, the Head of Campus Operations will be a key leader within the campus management team and will ensure the effective running of all campus operations and services whilst promoting the continual enhancement of the student experience and environment. The role holder will manage a team covering a diverse range of services including facilities, learning resources, student services, assessments and careers.

You will be exceptionally customer service focused with strong administrative skills. The successful candidate will possess developed people management skills who can act as a positive champion during a period of change. A sound knowledge of health and safety compliance, effective auditing skills and a commercial approach are essential.
