The AUCSO Executive Committee are pleased to announce the introduction of a new AUCSO Bursary, which will be awarded to an individual (from an AUCSO institutional member) studying for a degree, diploma or certificate in security management or related subject. It was agreed that this would be named ‘The AUCSO Brian Schofield Bursary’, in recognition of the outstanding contribution to AUCSO by Brian Schofield of the University of Bath, who sadly passed away at the end of 2019. The Bursary will first be awarded as a part of the 2020 AUCSO Conference, as one of the sponsorship packages and will thence be awarded annually.

The deadline for the 2020 Bursary is the 30th of March 2020.
