Bookings made via the invoice payment method will be confirmed at the time of booking. Once your booking has been received, we will contact you regarding payment via email which will include instructions on where to make the payment.
Worldpay payments are made via an external link to the Worldpay website. You will be directed to Worldpay when completing a booking for a paid event, and your booking will be confirmed one your Worldpay payment has been received.

For 2019 Conference delegates – anyone who cancels their booking up to 5pm Tuesday 19 March 2019, will receive a full refund less a 10% administration fee. After that date, there will be no refund possible due to costs already having been met.
Sponsors & Exhibitors who cancel their booking before 1 February 2019 will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee. For cancellations made between 1 February and 2 April 2019 no refund will be made unless a replacement can be found for their stand, in which case they will receive a full refund minus 10% administration fee.
If your refund is approved, you will typically receive your funds within a week, however, Worldpay can take up to 10 working days to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within this time, please get in touch.
