Congratulations (again!) to the Heriot Watt Safeguarding Team who alerted several students to the terrorist event happening in Strasbourg in December. Using the Safe Zone technology they were able to provide advice remotely –

“From the moment the news first broke to the moment all students had been located and advised to remain in their secured buildings, only 20 minutes had elapsed.
