AUCSO Conference 2024

Did you know – Football’s unpredictable nature is one reason why it is considered the beautiful game? The way football manages to unite fans from all walks of life across the world is also what makes the sport so beautiful.

A singular team can have dedicated fans from all over the world, hundreds and thousands of miles away from the stadium.  Such a united support for a team or a player unifies those from contrasting backgrounds, and football is the universal language.

AUCSO 40^th anniversary conference in 2024 is being hosted in Liverpool, the home of one of the most iconic British Football Clubs – Liverpool FC.

The AUCSO Executive and our host Andrew Malloy were keen to ensure that delegates enjoyed some of the culture of Liverpool, including a visit to the home of Liverpool FC – Anfield.  Traditionally the AUCSO Conference runs from Tuesday to Thursday, all good planning falls apart when Football is involved!  Liverpool FC progression in Europe has meant that the venue will no longer be available to us for the night booked.

Not wanting delegates to miss out on this opportunity we have been able to secure the venue for an alternative date which has resulted in a change to the schedule of the conference.  The Conference will now take place a day earlier and will run from Monday to Wednesday – culminating with the Conference Gala Dinner and awards on the Wednesday evening.

We do hope this change does not cause you any significant issues and that you will still be able to join us in Liverpool 8-10^th April 2024.
