Congratulations to Caroline Bluck, Security Manager at Aston University, who has been selected as the AUCSO partner for the International IACLEA exchange programme. Caroline will be visiting Stan Skipworth, Director of Campus Safety at Claremont University, on the eastern edge of Los Angeles, California, who will then be hosted by Aston University.

In addition to studying for her Diploma in Security Management, Caroline is about to take over as Chair of the AUCSO Diversity Group so she is keen to explore how other universities identify diversity requirements within departments for students, staff and other stakeholders and how they manage recruitment to attract women and minority groups. California will be a great place to research this.
